For hygiene reasons, we are unable to process exchanges or refunds if you simply change your mind or wish to request a different style or size.

💓Returns and Exchanges Policy

Number of days for returns and exchanges: For hygiene reasons, we are unable to process exchanges or refunds if you simply change your mind or wish to request a different style or size.
If it is for other reasons, please contact us immediately (within 3 days) upon receipt of the goods for return or exchange. You need to provide me with the package order number and product pictures and related information, based on which we can provide you with after-sales service.
Number of days to cancel an order: After the consumer places an order, we will process the order and ship it on the day we receive the order. If it is a weekend or holiday, we will process the order immediately on the next working day after the holiday.
So refer to our order processing time. If you need to cancel the order, you need to cancel the order before it is shipped.
Shipping fee: If the return is caused by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.
If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, and the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.
